The Ethereal Weirdo
From Mindy Kaling’s “Flick Chicks,” The New Yorker: “The smart and funny writer Nathan Rabin coined the term Manic Pixie Dream Girl to describe this archetype after seeing Kirsten Dunst in the movie “Elizabethtown.” This girl can’t be pinned down and may or may not show up when you make concrete plans with her. She wears gauzy blouses and braids. She likes to dance in...

Recipe: Pamplemousse
My friend Scott created this recipe, and it’s my favorite cocktail ever. It tastes like taking a bite out of the most amazing grapefruit you can imagine and feels like you’ve been kissed by a unicorn! Enjoy. Ingredients: Juice of half a lemon 2 oz. gin 1/2 - 1 oz. St. Germain Ice Directions: Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a glass. Repeat.
